WOW! That’s what I call service

Caledonian Therapy Academy has been selected as a finalist for The WOW! Awards, 2009.

This prestigious award is the only national award for outstanding customer service based purely on customer nominations and is now the biggest award of its type in the world.

Judges of The WOW! Awards were dazzled by customer stories for Caledonian Therapy Academy. One customer wrote...

“A problem with travel arrangements meant I could not do the course. Unlike any other company I have ever known the academy offered me a full refund, or they would personally send a private tutor to my home town at no extra cost.

If that was not enough, the second week, I needed to train in an academy, my parents were not keen on me travelling around Glasgow by myself, the staff at the academy came to collect me from the train station and offered to take me back again.

Outstanding customer service, and overall fantastic training in the two weeks I was there. I was told that if there was any problem I was just to email or pop over and see a tutor who would happily run over any problems I had or I could do the course again. Staff stayed late at nights to help us further and without a doubt I will attend many more courses there later in the year!!

Thanks again to all the staff at the academy, I had a great two weeks, and the training was so good that when I got back into the salon, clients thought I’d been doing therapy for years!”

The winners will be announced as Gala Awards Ceremony on the 4^th of November 2009 at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. This is the first Awards Ceremony of its type and has already attracted the best of British businesses from both the public and private sectors.
